Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water Purifier

RO water purifiers supply fresh, purified water to air compressors for use as input lubricating water and cooling tower water for OGW and JLW series water injected screw compressors. Using RO water prevents water scale formation in the compressor, ensuring optimal lubrication, efficient cooling, and extending the equipment’s lifespan in industrial applications.

RO Water Purifiers YJ Series

  • RO Water Production Capacity: 60L/H, 120L/H, 180L/H, 250L/H
  • Feed Water Pressure Range: 0.15-0.4 MPa
  • Stages of Reverse Osmosis System: 5-stage
  • Applicable Compressor Models: OGW and JLW Series

The YJ series industrial reverse osmosis (RO) water purifier features a 5-stage filtration system that effectively removes impurities, pollutants, and bacteria, producing high-quality RO water for compressor use. After filtration, the purified water is stored in a dedicated tank, ensuring a continuous and reliable supply, ready for immediate use whenever required.

5-stage Reverse Osmosis System Configuration

  1. Sediment prefilter: A sediment prefilter (5-micron PP cotton filter) screens out dirt, sand, rust and other microscopic particles 15 times smaller than a grain of sand.
  2. Carbon prefilter: An activated carbon pre-filter effectively reduces contaminants that cause unpleasant taste and odor in water, such as chlorine and other organic compounds.
  3. 2nd carbon prefilter: Another carbon prefilter (1-micron PP cotton filter) continues to filter out any impurities for protection of RO membrane.
  4. RO membrane: The reverse osmosis membrane (0.0001-micron) filters out dissolved solids, including lead, mercury, chromium and other heavy metals.
  5. Post filter: The post filter is a bacteriostatic activated carbon filter that further enhances the taste and odor of the purified water by removing any residual impurities
