RO Water Purifiers YJ Series
- RO Water Production Capacity: 60L/H, 120L/H, 180L/H, 250L/H
- Feed Water Pressure Range: 0.15-0.4 MPa
- Stages of Reverse Osmosis System: 5-stage
- Applicable Compressor Models: OGW and JLW Series
The YJ series industrial reverse osmosis (RO) water purifier features a 5-stage filtration system that effectively removes impurities, pollutants, and bacteria, producing high-quality RO water for compressor use. After filtration, the purified water is stored in a dedicated tank, ensuring a continuous and reliable supply, ready for immediate use whenever required.

5-stage Reverse Osmosis System Configuration
- Sediment prefilter: A sediment prefilter (5-micron PP cotton filter) screens out dirt, sand, rust and other microscopic particles 15 times smaller than a grain of sand.
- Carbon prefilter: An activated carbon pre-filter effectively reduces contaminants that cause unpleasant taste and odor in water, such as chlorine and other organic compounds.
- 2nd carbon prefilter: Another carbon prefilter (1-micron PP cotton filter) continues to filter out any impurities for protection of RO membrane.
- RO membrane: The reverse osmosis membrane (0.0001-micron) filters out dissolved solids, including lead, mercury, chromium and other heavy metals.
- Post filter: The post filter is a bacteriostatic activated carbon filter that further enhances the taste and odor of the purified water by removing any residual impurities

Frequently Asked Questions
The following are frequently asked by our customers about RO water purifier for compressor.
The RO water treatment system prevents water scale formation in compressors, ensuring optimal lubrication, efficient cooling, and extending the equipment’s lifespan in industrial applications.
Gairs RO water purifiers are available in production capacities of 60L/H, 120L/H, 180L/H, and 250L/H to meet varying industrial water needs.
The RO water treatment machine utilizes a 5-stage reverse osmosis system, ensuring high-quality water production with excellent filtration.
The pre-filters at 1st-3rd stages should be replaced every 3 months, the RO membrane every 12 months, and the 5th-level filtration every 6 months. Maintenance intervals may vary based on water quality.
Water quality varies by region, so maintenance schedules may differ. In areas with higher impurities, more frequent maintenance may be required to maintain optimal performance.
