Warranty Terms for GAIRS Air Compressors

Warranty Coverage: The warranty is valid only when the goods are used and maintained in accordance with the User Manual or other instructions provided by GAIRS.

Warranty Duration: GAIRS air compressor packages are warranted against any defects for 12 months from the start-up date (or 14 months from the shipment date). The air ends inside compressors are covered for 24 months (or 26 months from the shipment date). This warranty also applies to GAIRS ODM & OEM products.

Authorized Agents: The warranty is only applicable when purchased through GAIRS and GAIRS-authorized agents. GAIRS will not honor the warranty for products purchased from unauthorized sources or for parts not obtained from GAIRS or its authorized agents.

Exclusions: Consumable parts such as filter elements, which are subject to normal wear and tear, are not covered under the warranty.

Warranty Voidance: The warranty will be automatically voided if:

• There is any unauthorized adjustment to the factory settings in the HMI control system.
• The product is tampered with without prior approval from GAIRS.
• Non-original parts are used for repairs.
• The product is not operated or maintained according to the operational manual or other instructions from GAIRS.
• Breakdown or issues occur due to improper usage, exceeding the compressor’s normal operating specifications, unauthorized modifications, or use in conditions unsuitable for the compressor model.

Replacement of Damaged Parts: GAIRS will provide replacement parts free of charge for any defective or damaged components. Note: The freight charges for replacement parts will be borne by the buyer.
